A transparent beginning

Your work. Your information.

DesignerStamp is an independently funded, not-for-profit initiative operated by Nasser Zaman Chowdhury. This notice describes the current launch version.

What we store

We store the profile details and project information you provide, your private contact email, uploaded images, review status and feedback. If you sign in with Google, we store your verified email, display name and Google account identifier so the same account opens each time. DesignerStamp requests only basic sign-in information and does not request access to Gmail, Drive or other Google services. If you sign in, we also store your chosen account role and any CV documents you deliberately save. A hashed editing key protects portfolios created without signing in. We do not display your private account email on public profiles.

What becomes public

After approval, your name, professional details, selected work, availability and chosen LinkedIn or website links appear publicly. Search engines and other people can copy or share published information. Your draft profile is not listed publicly.

Uploaded images have direct, unguessable links, but anyone who has an image link can view it—even before portfolio approval. Do not upload confidential client work, identity documents or anything you cannot share. Images linked from another website are loaded from that website.

Private CV documents

CV Builder documents are separate from portfolios. A draft may be stored in your browser. If you sign in and choose Save privately, it is stored against your account. CV data is not indexed, added to your portfolio or shown to employers automatically. You decide whether to export and share it.

Editing access and browser storage

Your browser remembers your private editing key and temporarily saves unfinished portfolio and CV entries. Anyone with a private editing link can edit that portfolio. We email this link to the private contact address, so keep that inbox secure. A signed-in designer can also access a portfolio when its private email matches the account email.

Analytics and service operation

ChatGPT Sites provides hosting, database and image storage. Google processes Google sign-in according to your Google account settings. If you select Allow analytics, DesignerStamp uses Google Analytics to measure page visits and actions such as searches, sign-ins, portfolio submissions, community activity, CV use and enquiries. We do not send profile content, CV content, form text, email addresses or names to Analytics. Analytics remains off when you decline, and your choice is stored in your browser. You can change this choice at any time. The hosting service may also process technical logs. DesignerStamp keeps temporary hashed request-limit identifiers to reduce abuse. Optional AI writing sends only the text you deliberately submit for rewriting and is unavailable unless the required service is configured. We have not added advertising or a mailing list.

Control and requests

You can edit your details from your private dashboard and submit changes for review. To request removal of a portfolio or image, report misuse, or ask about your information, email support@designerstamp.com and include your public portfolio URL. Never send your private editing key. Ownership may need to be verified before a request is acted on.

Records remain stored unless removed. Removing information here cannot recall copies already saved by others or cached by search engines.
